Podcast 128: Can we have this conversation moving?

We start in on the all too short Sorkin tv offering: Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. I know I am excited about this because Aaron Sorkin has a great way of bringing up interesting topics and writing them in a way that is both interesting and insightful. And if you look at the topic list below I think that bears out. It is a shame that this only was allowed to go one season. We cover episodes 1-4 of Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.

Various topics discussed in this podcast include:
    Joey's Culture Corner: Network
Facebook Find of the Week: Listener Si - Scariest Scene In Film History EVER!!
Joey & Pete's adventures in caucusing
"Free speech means sometimes you get offended"
Who knew Ed Asner was still alive?
Oddly we discuss things we like in pickle form
Arrested Development coming back on Netflix
Joey has never heard of NAMBLA
    Joey prays to pagan gods
Fox & Friends is not news
Science & Religion both don't know everything
    Plagiarism is not ok

Podcast Dueling Book Reviews pt2

Part 2 of our Dueling Book Reviews podcast. Mainly because the whole thing took almost 3 hours to record and because Joey and I wanted to be lazy one week and not have to edit anything. Still good stuff though. Duration: 1h 28m 59s

Podcast Movie Special: Sabrina

We cover both the 1954 and 1995 versions of the movie Sabrina. Regardless of which movie you watch you are safe doing so in front of the entire family. I think both Joey and I agree that Audry Hepburn makes the best Sabrina, and Harrison Ford makes the best Linus. Duration: 1h 19m 05s
